I have always been passionate about languages and I knew from a very young age that this would be what I would dedicate my professional life to. I therefore chose to study Spanish and English at the University of Rennes II in Brittany (France). My degree gave me the opportunity to study translation in the renowned University Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid where I perfected my language skills. I was also very fortunate to be offered a work placement for a few months in the music industry in Galicia (West of Spain).
After graduating, I moved to London which remained my home until my move to Malaysia. I completed my PGCE at the Goldsmiths University in 2011 and was very lucky to teach French and Spanish in two outstanding London schools. In my teaching career, I took on different roles from Ks4 languages coordinator to deputy (acting head) coordinator of languages. I am now very proud to be joining the Bristish School of Kuala Lumpur and I am very excited about sharing my passion for languages with the students. As an educator, I firmly believe in providing a platform where students have the opportunity to actively develop their language skills and equip them with the tools to manipulate language independently.
