Victoria has been in Malaysia for over 10 years now and initially joined the BSKL team from the KDU International School in Kuala Lumpur where she was Head of Physical Education for 2 years. After a successful sports career in Badminton, Victoria has remained involved in sport through coaching and teaching in Bulgaria and France. Throughout her professional sporting career, Victoria has taken part in 5 World Championships and 2 Olympic Games, finishing top 14 in the World in 2005. After retiring from professional sport, Victoria moved to United Kingdom following her husband's employment as a Great Britain's Badminton Performance Director and worked for Badminton England as a Performance Senior Administrator until the family moved to Kuala Lumpur in August 2010. In her spare time she loves running, swimming and cycling and would love to challenge herself with racing in a marathon in the near future!
I am a professional athlete and two times Olympian represented Bulgaria and France at the Olympic Games in Barcelona and Athens. Manager and Coach at Racing Club de France in Paris, France. Senior Performance Administrator at Badminton England. I was Head of PE at Sri KDU International School in Kuala Lumpur.
I was born in Bulgaria and moved to France for a professional career in Badminton. I enjoy running and outdoor activities. Sport is a life choice and I have been incredibly fortunate to make a career from my passion. Enjoys all types of music and loves dancing. The main reason I teach PE is to give every child a lifelong love for movement and sport.
Through my role at BSKL, I get to know the students and put them at the forefront of my work. Student's happiness for me means healthy and happy students who come to school with the desire to learn, have fun, make new friends and be the best they can be in everything they chose to do.
