Recruiting for the new school year typically begins mid-way through the current school year and is initiated with the posting of vacancies on the Nord Anglia Education job site.
There may also be occasions on which applications are invited for teaching and administrative positions during the school year. Applications from teachers with advanced degrees, IB, IPC or IMYC training and/or previous experience at other international schools providing education in the English language will be given priority.
For secondary school teachers, an understanding of International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) and/or the IB Programme is an advantage. Experience with curriculum review and development and/or STEAM programmes would be beneficial.
NAISR has an inclusive philosophy that requires classroom teachers to ensure EAL (English as an Additional Language) and LS (Learning Support) needs are addressed. Experience with and/or qualifications for working with learning support students is beneficial. A strong understanding of differentiated instruction is essential. NAISR is a small school that requires strong collaborators who can develop meaningful rapport with all stakeholders.
