Stefanie brings a wealth of experience in Physical Education and Athletics to Nord Anglia. She recently was the Assistant Athletic Director/Senior Woman Administrator/Head Women’s Soccer Coach at SUNY Maritime College (Bronx, NY). This past January, Stefanie received the United Soccer Coaches Master Coach Diploma and became only the fourth female coach to receive this coaching distinction. She has previously coached soccer at the college level in various roles as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Widener University (PA), Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at McDaniel College (MD), and Stevenson University (MD). In addition, she has worked with the Olympic Development Program as a member of the ODP Region I coaching staff, Eastern New York ODP, Eastern Pennsylvania ODP, and various clubs.
As an educator, Stefanie has worked in the independent school setting teaching Physical Education for grades Pre-K through 12th grade. She was the Lower School Physical Education teacher at the Latin School of Chicago for three years and helped develop the “Rising Roman Soccer Program” for grades 3-4th and guided the Girls Varsity Soccer Program to the Illinois State Final. Stefanie held a similar position at Rye Country Day School (NY) for six years teaching and coaching Middle School/Upper School Soccer and Softball. She has also taught Upper School Physical Education and Health at Maryvale Preparatory School (MD) and Mother Cabrini High School. At MCHS, she also served as the Athletic Director and oversaw the athletic programs.
Stefanie earned a Masters of Science Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania, Masters of Arts Teaching from Goucher College, and Bachelor of Science Business Administration from Waynesburg University.
