Joshua Petricca

Joshua Petricca

Primary Physical Education Teacher (Full Time)

Joshua graduated from Brunel University London in 2014 after completing a BSc in Secondary and Physical Education with QTS.

 

After graduating, Joshua began his teaching career in Staffordshire, UK. He taught as a whole school PE teacher for four years as well as holding a whole school pastoral role as assistant head of house. 

Joshua moved to teach internationally in 2018. In Vietnam he taught at another Nord Anglia school, The British International School Hanoi. Whilst there he enjoyed the experience of teaching across both primary and secondary age groups and having the opportunity to lead on numerous international sports tournaments. 

Joshua always aims to create a happy and safe learning environment that fosters creativity and exploration. He prides himself on his inclusive teaching style and his ability to cater for students with varying needs. Joshua is an enthusiastic practitioner who loves to get involved in whole school activities and isn't afraid to try something new.

Outside of education, Joshua’s interests include martial arts, reading and travelling with his wife Katie.
