Fuad Hasanagic

Fuad Hasanagic

Secondary French and Spanish Teacher and 10FH Form Tutor (Full Time)

Fuad Hasanagic graduated from the University of Sarajevo in 2004 with a B.Ed. (Hons) in French and Italian Language and Literature and went on to obtain first his Masters Degree in Tourism and Leisure (minor in Spanish) from MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy. Later, he obtained his second master’s degree in Teaching French as a Foreign and Second Language from the university Blaise Pascal in Clermont-Ferrand, France. He is actually pursuing his third master’s degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and expecting to graduate in 2021.

Fuad’s teaching career started in Sarajevo where he first taught French and Italian language in French Institute, then French in an international school where he discovered a true joy of teaching in a multicultural and open-minded setting.

Before joining Dover Court, Fuad worked in Cairo, Egypt and Bali, Indonesia and Singapore both as a Foreign Language Teacher and Head of Modern Languages.

Fuad defines himself as a patient teacher who believes that strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues are the core of the learning process. Once the relationship with students is established, through his teaching he attempts to constantly evoke excitement, enthusiasm and curiosity as those represent in his opinion the only path to make the learning possible. Aside from his passion for teaching and learning, Fuad enjoys reading in various languages, travelling, cycling and urban hiking!
