Dylan completed a BSc (Hons) in Sports Development & Coaching from Sheffield Hallam University in 2002, before briefly moving to the US as a Player Development Officer, Coach and Trainer for a club in Massachusetts. After spending 3 years as a Sports Development Officer in some of the most deprived wards in the UK, Dylan completed her PGCE at Sheffield Hallam University in 2006.
