Erin has previously taught in a variety of schools and settings. Immediately after obtaining her teaching qualification, she began teaching at a high school in Ohio, where she supported transition aged students with profound disabilities to be ready for life after secondary education. Her second professional teaching experience found her in Southern Thailand. Teaching English in rural Thailand was an entirely different world that brought brand new obstacles to overcome.
At Dover Court, Erin has been supporting Pathway 2 students for six years. In previous years, she was also a member of the Mathematics team and is now the Secondary SENCO.
She was born and raised in a small city in Michigan, USA and truly enjoys Singapore because of its access to cultural diversity and wide range of travel destinations. She enjoys exercise in many different forms and exploring new places. Her favourite activity when she's in a new area is eating. Singapore is a great facilitator of her curiosity for food.
