Michelle Walsh

Michelle Walsh

Year 3 Class Teacher, 3MW (Full Time)

Michelle gained her teaching qualification at St. Mary’s University College in London where she graduated with a BA in Primary Education, specialising in Art and Design.


Following on from her graduation, Michelle worked at a Primary school in Isleworth, South West London, for 8 years, where she took on many different roles; these included running the school council, coordinating Literacy and and Art and Design across the school, Head of Year Four and staff governor.

Her studies in Art and Design were perfect for her this has allowed her to combine her two main passions: working with children and art. Michelle ensures that creativity is at the heart of her teaching, she is always looking for new and exciting ways to deliver her teaching and to engage the children in her class. 


Michelle joined the teaching staff at Dover Court, having relocated from the USA with her husband Martin and two children Emily and Oliver. Michelle is originally from County Down, Northern Ireland and outside of school enjoys travelling and spending time with her children exploring Singapore and its vast attractions.
