Fran joined BIS in August 2017 from Bristol, England. She initially trained as a Nursery Nurse and then qualified as a teacher in 2011. She has worked in rural Oxfordshire and central Bristol and has taught from Reception all the way up to Year 6. She has been a year group lead for two years and held leadership responsibilities in RE and Mathematics. She has a particular interest in EAL learners and her passions in life include being outdoors, reading good books and eating cheese.
