Staff Profile: James Quantrill

James Quantrill

IPC Leader/ Y3 Teacher

BA (Hons) Business and Management, PGCE Primary, NPQH

After beginning his work life in the world of insurance, James found a new passion for education when supporting his nephew through his studies. James retrained as a Primary teacher and has not looked back, working within multiple settings in the UK, including an ‘outstanding’ Church of England school in Year 6. He has a strong understanding of expectations for children moving through their Primary journey and has led multiple subjects and the IPC curriculum in the past.

James has taught throughout Key Stage 2, including Year 3, throughout his 14 years of teaching experience and this will be his 9th year living and working in his new home of Vietnam. He enjoys sport, Enduro motorbikes, reading, movies and hiking.
