Prior to joining BIS in 2014, Simon has spent seven years at The Alice Smith School, Malaysia, as Head of Primary PE. He has also spent five years in Kuwait, and five years in Seoul where he was also head of the PE Department. He has taught all areas of the National Curriculum, and coached students of all ages to a successful standard in competitive sports including girls football, athletics and Teeball. Simon’s favoured sports to play in his free time are football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and Gaelic football. He’s also been known to dabble with the guitar, enjoying blues, jazz and reggae music.
