Staff Profile: Paul Rispin

Paul Rispin - University Guidance Counsellor | BIS HCMC

College and University Guidance Counsellor

PGCE. Secondary Mathematics with Physical Education. The University of Southampton, UK

BA. International Education. The University of Bath, UK

Paul joined BIS in August 2019 from Harrow International School, Beijing where he was Assistant Headteacher and also Head of Sixth Form. He has previously worked as Head of Sixth Form at an international school here in Vietnam. Prior to this Paul was Head of Mathematics Department in two very successful Sixth Form Colleges in the South of England.  Paul brings a wealth of valuable experience in university guidance and has a passion for mentoring and guiding young people. He has spent almost twenty years working solely with Sixth Form students successfully preparing them for study at the world’s top universities. In his spare time Paul is a keen sportsman and coaches tennis and football.
