I enjoy living and working in Ho Chi Minh City and, in particular, learning about the food, language and Vietnamese culture. There are also great opportunities in the region to enjoy the natural environment for both independent travel and on our school International Award expeditions.

Alex joined BIS in August 2011 after 5 years teaching chemistry at a secondary school in Liverpool, UK. In his previous post he also enjoyed the role of Work-related Learning and Enterprise Coordinator and was actively involved with the Duke of Edinburgh programme. Alex enjoys football, cricket, trekking, skiing, diving, travel and experiencing new cultures.
