Louise Bishop

Director of Admissions & Marketing

Louise joined the British International School HCMC in January 2021 as the Director of Admissions and Marketing after previously working at Family Medical Practice in HCMC for 7 years.

Originally from Derbyshire in the UK Louise gained a degree in Biomedical Sciences at University in Newcastle and went on to work in London for 10 years working at the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK leading marketing teams and developing, delivering and evaluating local public health educational campaigns working with many stakeholders including schools, scientists, Health professionals, policy makers and local and National Government.

Louise has now lived and worked in Ho Chi Minh City for over 10 years and has two daughters. Louise is greatly embedded into the expat community here as well as the local community through her jobs, children’s school and sporting events. Louise has worked with many organisations, businesses and people across the city and wider Vietnam. In her spare time Louise enjoys triathlon and is actively involved in many sporting groups. Louise also enjoys climbing, travel and socialising.
