Primary celebrate 100 years of Polish Independence

We had a great day in school today to celebrate 100 Years of Polish Independence.

  • Primary Assembly 2
  • Primary Assembly 3
  • Primary Assembly 4
  • Primary Assembly 5
  • Polish day poster
  • Polish day poster
  • Polish day decorations
  • Polish Day girl

The children looked wonderful in their red and white clothes and each class completed activities about Poland and created craft activities.

The children enjoyed the assemblies which were led by our Polish department, especially participating in a quiz at the end to test their knowledge about Poland.

The PTA also announced the Christmas Giving Tree to the children in assembly and they saw a video of the children receiving presents last year.  The PTA will be at the front of school next week if you would like to collect participate.

Just a reminder that school will be closed on Monday.  We look forward to seeing all the students on Tuesday ready for another busy week!
