Tłusty Czwartek or Fat Thursday on 28th February

This week we celebrated the Polish festival of Tlusty Czwartek. Our fabulous parent volunteers distributed doughnuts to all our students from our pre-nursery classes at Dabrowskiego right up to our IB students.  Staff members were also invited to try one.

Book week

We will be holding our annual book and bake sales at Dabrowskiego and Limanowskiego next week. Children will be attending the sale on Wednesday 6 March. Parents are welcome to come along and buy a book for yourself or your children on Thursday 7 March at Limanowskiego.

Thank you for your support with book donations today.  We very much look forward to seeing your children next week when they will have the chance to buy a cake and a book.

Call for help:

Bake sale - Cake donations

Obviously, the success of the bake sale relies on your cake donations and we would be really grateful if you could drop any cake donations at Reception on the day of your campus’ bake sale.  Please label your containers with your child’s name and class so we can wash and return them.

Can you tell us a joke?

A lawyer is sitting at the desk in his new office. He hears someone coming to the door. To impress his first potential client, he picks up the phone as the door opens and says, "I demand one million and not a penny less." As he hangs up, the man now standing in his office says, "I'm here to hook up your phone."

What is one thing that people might be surprised to learn about you?

I'm a lawyer.
