Sunwoo said "Economics is everywhere. We constantly hear the phrases "efficiency," "stagflation," and "deflation" in the headlines, but as a society, we lack adequate knowledge of the consequences underpinning these jargons. Today, economies around the world are expanding exponentially: the rise in GDP, the growth of employment, and the expansion of exports indicate a prospective future ahead of us. However, the topic of equality is frequently disregarded, particularly the unequal distribution of information, wealth, and opportunity. We couldn't help but wonder: how can we, as teenagers, contribute to addressing such issues?”

With the field of Economics rapidly growing and refining our current landscape, we realise that it is crucial for people everywhere in the world to have a fundamental understanding of the discipline. By paving a pathway to economics, we are hoping to provide everyone with the knowledge required to comprehend the workings of the world around us. This is why we created this club: to use economic knowledge to equip and guide everyone into a future with limitless possibilities.

We, as the Co-founder of Economic Infusion, have been collaborating with multiple year groups and organisations since 2020 to produce quality pieces of work regarding economics and business.

By holding news article discussion sessions and stock market debating, students were given the opportunity to share their perspectives on current events. Through publications of the econ/business magazines, economic awareness was raised. With strong interests in the humanities, particularly economics, Economic Infusion is not only a club for us, but also an opportunity for us to develop not only in-depth academic knowledge but also leadership skills and professional work ethics. To us, this represents an opportunity for us to initiate our academic journey in Economics.”
