2020 has arrived!
Last Monday saw the reuniting of our community and also welcomed many new students and families to NAIS Dublin. Many thanks to our Admissions Team and our PTA Welcome Team for co-ordinating and enabling the warmest of welcomes for our new students and their families.
This week we were also delighted to have Dr Elizabeth Milovidov in school. Elizabeth is a digital safety expert with a considerable reputation. Her sessions with staff, parents and students were quite simply outstanding. Her messages of embracing technology but ensuring that constant communication, allied with the development of critical thinking skills in all users, to ensure responsible usage was fully understood. A follow-up meeting with the PTA has already taken place to determine how best to embed Elizabeth’s proactive advice in our school community. My thanks on behalf of all of us go to the PTA Executive Committee who co-sponsored Elizabeth’s enlightening visit to the school.
