Chris Moon joined the Nord Anglia International School, Dublin primary department from Sunmarke School, Dubai, where he was deputy headteacher. He has a first class honours degree from Birmingham University and gained his PGCE from the University of Warwick.

Mr. Moon is very keen on Positive Education, which aligns with NAIS Dublin's school’s robust approach to learned wellbeing. He is an ardent advocate of the IB Learner Profile and, in his last school, was a mentor for newly qualified teachers.

Outside of school, Mr. Moon is a guitarist and songwriter, a keen photographer, as well as an Elite Spartan Race Runner.
