Early Years Teacher

Emma joins NAIS Dublin from Belfast having taught there for 3 years. She graduated from St. Mary’s University College Belfast with a B.Ed (Hons) degree in Primary Education with a specialism in Music Education.

She has worked with children and young people in choirs and orchestras and she has trained with the Kodály Society of Ireland to support active music making in the classroom.

Emma is originally from Northern Ireland and is passionate about active and inquiry based learning in school life. Outside of school Emma is completing a part-time Master’s degree in Leadership for Learning, and she enjoys reading, travelling, crafts and playing the piano and violin. Emma always aspired to become a teacher and she is delighted to be here in Dublin to join the Nord Anglia team.
