A Colorado native, Hannah studied Violin Performance and Music Education at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York. She received her Master's Degree in Music Education from the University of Michigan, completing a capstone project focused on scaffolding the development of self-regulated learning skills in young musicians.
Hannah is a passionate advocate of the arts and is inspired by the powerful moments that transform students’ lives and learning as they create, express themselves, and collaborate. She is motivated by the magic that occurs when one hundred young voices are joined together in harmony, the excited energy in a room when students are writing new compositions, and the confidence shining through when students perform for their communities. She strives to help students build foundational musicianship, grow as critical and creative thinkers, and develop a life-long love of music.
When not in the music classroom, you can find Hannah swimming in the Irish Sea, reading adventure stories, doing CrossFit, playing fiddle tunes, and spending time with family and friends. She is thrilled to be a part of the NAIS Dublin community!
