Jennifer D'Eathe

History and Individuals and Societies Teacher

Jennifer D’Eathe qualified with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Music and Classical Studies from Maynooth University. Realising her passion for education she pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Limerick, and later a Master’s in International Education and Bilingualism from Universidad Camilo José Cela, Madrid.

In 2012 Jennifer began working as an IB educator teaching MYP Music and Individuals & Societies, and IBDP History. She was also the IB CAS Co-ordinator in her previous school.  As an educator, she believes in the education of the whole person and the many benefits of a balanced and well-rounded educational experience. Her teaching interests lie in twentieth-century European History and romantic and contemporary piano music.

Jennifer has always believed one of the best ways of leading is by example, and for this matter she is committed to lifelong learning and development. She is a firm advocate of a balanced lifestyle and enjoys traveling, baking and Pilates in her free time.

Jennifer is delighted to join the NAIS Dublin team and looks forward to many exciting experiences in the years ahead.
