We welcomed two EDT (Education Development Trust) inspectors, Sally Lane and David Bowles, to the High School, for a tour, a number of meetings, including with a group of students, and an afternoon visiting a range of lessons.
It was great to have the full Extra-Curricular Activity and Sports programme up and running again. Parents will be allowed to come to school for sports fixtures to watch their children play against other schools.
At the end of last week, it was fabulous to see so many classes take advantage of some cooler weather. Some Year 4 groups came outside to have some class discussions whilst the Foundation Stage students got to run.
Last week we heard the very exciting news that Pim, in Year 8, had won the Best in Show award at the inaugural NAE Film Festival for her fantastic short film, We Create Our Own Future.
Welcome back to the first full week of Term 3 and the final term of the 2021/22 academic year. We are prepared for a great term with a wide range of activities inside and outside the classroom.

This week, four Senior VEX teams did incredibly well in the VEX Robotics Thai Nationals, pushing themselves to win a spot at the VEX World Championship in Dallas, Texas.
Over the past two terms, all of our Primary School students in their classes have taken turns to experience a virtual safari from our international school in Bangkok to Chiang Rai to learn from the hardworking heroes at the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation (GTAEF).
Taking place this week, we have the International Baccalaureate Visual Arts Exhibition and Music Recital as our Senior students head into the final lead-in for their IB examinations. Coming up, we have a PTG Coffee Morning on the 24th of March, and in Term 3, we invite a consultant from the Education Development Trust to work alongside our staff.
