On Saturday, 24th May 2025, we celebrated the Class of 2025 with a heartfelt Graduation Ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Hotel. It was a truly memorable evening, where St Andrews Bangkok Diplomas were awarded to our graduates, accompanied by touching speeches from our Senior Leadership Team and the graduates themselves. This special event marked a significant milestone - the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and personal growth, made possible by the unwavering support of our academic staff and, most importantly, the families of our graduates.
Approximately 20% of the Class of 2025 began their journey with us in the Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1 of Primary School, and about one-third have fond memories of their time in Primary School. The Class of 2025 is a truly exemplary group. Their creativity and commitment have been evident across the many opportunities offered in their senior years. They led our sports teams with passion and skill, delivered captivating performances in drama, dance, and music, and devoted themselves to meaningful social impact projects. Through these experiences, they have demonstrated a deep sense of empathy and understanding. What stands out most is their exceptional social awareness.
Amee, Class of 2025 Valedictorian
Our graduates have matured into thoughtful young adults who genuinely embrace our inclusive community. They celebrate diversity, recognise shared values, and connect with others in meaningful ways. Their ability to support and uplift those around them reflects the strong culture of kindness at the heart of our school—a culture that values empathy, compassion, and academic achievement.
On behalf of our entire school community, we extend our warmest congratulations to the Class of 2025. We wish each of you every success and happiness in the exciting journey ahead. Well done!
NAE Global Campus received a staggering 3,300 entries from 66 Nord Anglia schools all around the world, and one student from STA shone bright, winning Best in Show in the Art Music category: a big congratulations to Freya in Year 8 for her truly outstanding achievement and stellar performance!
High School Design and Technology students step outside the classroom to explore design and architecture in Bangkok. Year 8 students visited a uniquely designed café precinct, where they learned from the architect of the precinct himself how thoughtful use of materials, geometry, and landscaping can transform spaces. Meanwhile, Year 12 IB students explored the fusion of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship and the use of natural materials at the impressive studio of renowned Thailand-based architect Patrick Keane.
Sports Day in Primary School is a joyful and exciting event that brings the school community together to celebrate movement, teamwork, and fun. With a wide range of activities—from egg and spoon races to shot put throws—students in Primary compete in House teams, cheered on by teachers, families, and friends. The day encourages physical activity, builds good sportsmanship, and creates lasting memories, making it one of the most special days of the school year.
We’re thrilled to share that St Andrews International School Bangkok has once again made a mark in the realm of music. In the Nord Anglia Education (NAE) Global Campus Virtual Young Musician of the Year 2025 competition, we had 9 students from our Primary School and High School securing a place or a winning entry. What a true testament this is to the exceptional musical skills and dedication of our students.
