Joseph Owen

Joseph Branagan Owen Primary Teacher

History Teacher

Joe holds a BA(Hons) in English and History from the University of Leeds Beckett, (UK) and a PGCE from the University of Edge Hill (History specialism). 

He has 7 years of experience as a teacher in both British and international schools. His teaching career began in Manchester, the Northwest of England where he worked for 2 years before making the decision to start teaching internationally. After leading the Social Studies department for 3 years at a leading British School in China, he arrived in Thailand in 2022 and feels honoured to part of the Regents family.

Away from school, he enjoys playing football competitively and recreationally, reading (mostly fantasy and Sci-fi) and hiking with his dog.
