Package information, fees, and insurance

Junior Games Student Package

Our Junior Games package includes the following:

• Round-trip flight transportation and bus transfers to/from Orlando airport
• Round-trip ground transportation to Orlando for North Broward Preparatory students
• Daily bus service in Orlando from hotel to Windermere Preparatory School and to evening activities
• Hotel accommodation (except for Windermere Prep students)
• Overnight private security guards at the hotels
• Meals from dinner on Monday, April 26 through breakfast on Friday, April 30
• Nightly entertainment: Welcome Dinner, Medieval Times, SeaWorld Orlando, and Magic Kingdom
• Junior Games uniform t-shirts, headbands, sweatshirt, luggage tag, and swag bag
• Sports package: referees, hydration, sports equipment rental, onsite first-aid clinics, awards, Olympic Village activities, and more
• Chaperone fee

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments may be made by credit card only. U.S. bank account holders also have the option to pay by eCheck. 

Package fees may be paid in full at the time of registration or through a four-installment payment plan. Payment information is required during the registration process. 

Families who select the installment plan will be charged 25% of the total package fee at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be automatically charged in three equal monthly installments. An installment fee applies to all payment plan transactions. 

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as transparent as possible about our cancellation terms. As our events involve coordination with third-party vendors who have strict contractual policies, the following cancellation terms apply: 

From registration through January 20: 

Cancellations made during this period will incur a $500 fee 

From January 21 through March 20: 

Cancellations made during this period will incur a $500 fee, in addition to the full cost of the participant’s flight ticket, which is non-refundable and non-transferable in accordance with applicable airline fare rules. 

From March 21 through the departure date: 

Cancellations made during this period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. The event fee is non-refundable, regardless of reason or circumstances, including injury or illness. 

Because of this policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which may provide coverage for unexpected situations such as medical issues, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Individual Insurance Coverage  

Travel insurance is not included in the registration fee. We strongly recommend that all families purchase individual travel insurance coverage.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance through a provider in the student's country of residence. 

Important Reminder 
We strongly encourage families to purchase travel insurance as soon as possible after registering. Junior Games package fees are subject to the published cancellation policy, and refunds may not be available for cancellations due to illness, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 
 
Travel insurance may help protect your investment if your child is unable to attend the 2027 Junior Games.
