Your child's stay in Florida

Students and chaperones will be staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort, a Walt Disney World® Good Neighbor resort, located about a 20-minute drive from Windermere Preparatory School.

Benefits for Embassy Suites guests include:

• Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public areas
• Sparkling pool, splash pad, and dive-in theatre
• Mini putting green, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and basketball courts
• On-site dining options from grab-and-go to full-service restaurants

Students and chaperones will check in on Monday, February 2, and depart on Friday, February 6. Students will have their bed in a shared family suite with one or two other students. Family suites include two queen beds, a sofa bed, an in-room safe, a mini refrigerator, a hair dryer, and a separate bath and vanity area.

Please note: Windermere Preparatory students will not stay at the resort.

Getting around

All travel to the hotel, school, and evening activities will be arranged by Nord Anglia Education. Out-of-state and international students will fly to Orlando, while South Florida students will travel by bus. Prearranged buses will provide transportation to Disney parks, Windermere Preparatory School, the hotel, and all evening activities.

Chaperones

Your child’s safety is our highest priority. Students will be assigned a chaperone to ensure supervision throughout the entire trip. Each chaperone will oversee ten students and will be appointed by the STEAM Lead of each school. Only school staff may chaperone.
