We are looking for a dynamic teacher of Music to join a successful and busy Music department. The appointed candidate will need to be able to teach Music to GCSE and IB diploma level. You will have a teaching/contact load of 32 periods out of 40 per week. Music is a compulsory subject throughout the Secondary School in KS3 and as such is a high-profile subject at Regents.
Prior experience of GCSE and IB (or equivalent) is essential. Applicants should possess proficient keyboard skills and must be confident with accompanying duties within the department. Applicants will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will join a fast moving, creative and enthusiastic team. The Music department is fully involved in all aspects of school life and the successful candidate must be willing to contribute to various projects outside the curriculum.
