Phil Bond - PGCE, BA (Hons), RSA CELTA, TEFL

Phil Bond holds a BA (Hons) in Physical Education from Leeds Beckett University (UK) and a PGCE in Physical Education (also from Leeds Beckett University).

He has over 15 years of experience as a teacher and Head of Department in both British and international schools.    His career began in the South of England, where after having been a corporate Health and Fitness Manager, followed by an educational presenter for a large pharmaceutical company, he embarked upon his first overseas teaching post in Thailand in 2001 – initially with the intention of staying a year! Six years later he returned to the UK to take a Head of Department position at an independent school, and then returned to international education (again in Thailand) for a further 7 years.  After very successful management, teaching, and coaching experiences to date, Phil feels extremely fortunate to be returning to work in Thailand (his second home!) and being part of an amazing team at The Regents School, Pattaya. Outside work, Phil can be found running, cycling, playing golf or spending time with his wife and two children.
