Part of the community approach is working together, discussing ideas or concerns and jointly planning how things continue to improve. This sharing does not happen without the open contribution from parents and I am therefore extremely grateful to everyone who has responded to our Parent Lens Survey.
The comments and suggestions we have received are currently being collated and we will share feedback with you in the coming weeks. There is also an additional step which we would like to include which enables us to delve deeper. Having the opportunity to discuss key themes which come from short comments allows us to extend our thinking and better understand the most ideal ways forward.
We have already begun these discussions at our recent Hear and Share meeting. I am extremely grateful to all those who attended and the very open nature of our conversations. The identification of what the school does well and what could still be better is even more valuable when including an opportunity for dialogue.
I would now like to expand our discussions to look at the different phases of the school separately so parents within each phase can share more detailed thoughts. We will write separately to parents within each phase to invite you to a specific event which will focus on the area of the school which is most relevant to you.
We remain, as ever, very open to any ideas or suggestions. Any member of our community is always welcome to arrange a time to speak with me directly whenever they wish.
