Mandarin Teacher
Allysa is from Jilin Province, China. She graduated from the Northeast Normal University, majoring in English, and then went to the Beijing University of Foreign Studies where she attained Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSL). On completion of her studies, she chose teaching as her career, which has always been her aspiration.

Sophie has a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature and a Masters of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL). She enjoys working within an international school setting, as it offers examples of excellent practice (which she strives to include in her work) and opportunities for professional development.
Marie has been teaching Mandarin for twelve years in international schools and has a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (TCSOL). After completing her MA in Curriculum and Instruction of Chinese in East China Normal University she lived, worked in Tokyo for four years.
Head of Secondary Mandarin
Shelley went to East China Normal University in Shanghai, where she gained a Bachelor’s in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. In 2019, she completed her Master's in International Education with King’s College London, through Nord Anglia University.
Qing Yuan joined BISS Puxi in 2019, having taught Mandarin for several years at different international schools in West Africa and Thailand. She was born and grew up in Shaoxing, and studied Bilingual Education at Gannan Normal University. Qing Yuan completed her teacher training at Confucius Institute in Xiamen University.
Sena graduated from Anyang Normal University in 2010 having studied English Education. After graduation, she worked at the Chinese governmental school (Yanji Central Primary School) as a Form Tutor and English teacher for two years.
Teacher of Mandarin
Heather chose to teach Mandarin as a career after graduating from East China Normal University in Shanghai. Before she joined Biss Puxi inJanuary 2016, she worked for more than six years at international School in Shanghai as a Mandarin teacher.
