Football and Basketball Friendly Games at Graded School Football and Basketball Friendlies.

Over the last couple of weeks, BCB travelled to Graded School for a series for friendly games. FootballOn Thursday 14th of September, our U11 and U15 boys and girls went to Graded School to play a friendly football game. This was the first game of the season and our boys and girls showed great sportsmanship, effort and skill. Our Under 11 mixed team played four 15 minutes games and all of our players had good chances to show their skills on the field for the first time this year. Our goalkeeper did a great job saving many shots from the opponents while on the front, some of our finest strikers ensured we scored a few goals. The Under 15 team had a more competitive experience despite being a friendly game. Both Graded and BCB played well and the game was very close. Both teams had many chances to score and did a great job on defence. BasketballOn Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st, BCBs Basketball teams travelled to Graded to participate in several friendly games. It was a great experience for our students to be able to compete against one of the most traditional international schools in Sao Paulo.During our Under 11 games scores werent kept but we are confident and satisfied with the development of ours players. In the Under 15 game, we were able to come out with an impressive victory. Our teams showed great determination and teamwork, and we look forward to your continued support throughout the year. Go Lions! The Physical Education Department would like to congratulate our students, parents and coaches for their hard work and support, and thank Mr Switzer and all staff from Graded for inviting our teams.
