In Year 9, students have the opportunity to take a second lesson in their preferred arts subject. This second lesson is consider good preparation for IGCSE classes in year 10.
The Year 9 IGCSE class is currently working on their ensemble performance skills, a big part of the IGCSE examination requirements. During the unit, students are required to consider what makes a good performance and to develop their performing skills to a higher level.
We are at the very early stages of learning this song and our aim is to perform it in December at the secondary performing arts evening. Will we be ready in time? Watch this space.
