What an incredible penultimate week of this academic year we have had.

As we enter the final week of school, I am delighted to update the community on the outstanding university offers our Year 13s have received so far this year.

At the Graduation Ceremony on May 28, we said an emotional farewell to our wonderful Year 13 students.

Our students were invited to submit a recording of themselves playing the traditional march "Slaidburn" by William Rimmer, and over 100 videos from 35 of our schools across 21 countries were submitted.

A busy time in Secondary this week as we approach the end of the academic year.

Six of our students team up for this year's STEAM festival and they showed great creativity to solve the STEAM challenge they were tasked with.

We’re delighted to be able to make a special opportunity available to you, as part of the Nord Anglia family.

This time of year again finds our Year 12 students busier than ever with their CAS projects. Many interesting initiatives have been launched and are looking very promising.

We have received some heartening feedback so far and some insightful areas for improvement as part of our international reaccreditation process this week.

Starting from next Monday, BIS Hanoi welcomes the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Western Academy of Schools and Colleges (WASC) to visit us virtually as part of our international reaccreditation.

In this Term 3 issue of BIS Student Magazine, NOVUS, our students focused on exploring the development of diverse topics across industries.

After almost a year in virtual school, being able to finally welcome all the Primary students back to campus has made this the best week of the year so far!

On the 26th and 27th of March, our students welcomed fellow students from schools in Hanoi and across the South-East Asia region to the inaugural BIS Hanoi Virtual Model United Nations (MUN) Conference.

It was fantastic to see, that despite the challenging circumstances, our students continue to make good progress and are showing continued resilience and perseverance.

The research of Year 12 student Gia Han has been published in the Journal of Student Research (JOSR), a prestigious academic journal which showcases the work of school students, university graduates and postgraduates from around the world.

Students across Primary and Secondary have once again taken part in lots of exciting science challenges to celebrate Science Week this year.

1,370 students from 64 schools shared outstanding musical performances for our team of global judges and students from BIS Hanoi were amongst the winners!

This year's Book Week was held virtually, but that didn't stop our students and teachers from celebrating.

On behalf of all the staff and students at BIS Hanoi, I want to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a very Happy Lunar New Year 2022.

It was great to meet a number of new and returning parents at our Friends of BIS coffee morning on Monday.
