New BIS Parent Portal For Secondary parents, we are inviting them to login to the new BIS Parent Portal, where parents can access to academic reports, study timetable, communications and house points. In the first instance, we are trialing the process with Secondary students.

For Secondary parents, we are inviting them to login to the new BIS Parent Portal, where parents can access to academic reports, study timetable, communications and house points. In the first instance, we are trialing the process with Secondary students.

If you are a parent of a student in Year 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12, you will have recently been sent information to sign-up to our online ‘BIS Parent Portal’. In the future, parents of all students will be using the Parent Portal to:

• Access their child’s academic reports
• View their child’s timetable
• Get updated on communications home
• View house points received

In the first instance, we are trialing the process with Secondary students. As usual, Primary students will receive their final academic report of the year as a printed copy, whilst Secondary students receiving their academic reports in the coming weeks, will receive it via the Parent Portal. Parents will need to login to view new and previous academic reports issued during this academic year, by logging in to this platform. 

We are aware that there are times when printed reports are required. As a school we will continue to provide a printed copy of each report when requested by parents. If you haven’t yet been able, please remember to activate your account at your earliest convenience. If you are having problems accessing the portal, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
