We’re proud to share that Leeel in Year 9 has been awarded 2nd place in the 11–14 Art Music Instrumental Solo category of the Global Campus Virtual Young Musician of the Year 2025 competition.

Her captivating performance of Violin Concerto in E Minor by Mendelssohn received high praise from the judges, who commended her intensity, musicality, and outstanding preparation.

This year’s competition attracted 647 entries from 66 Nord Anglia schools worldwide, with over 3,200 students taking part - making Leeel’s achievement even more impressive.

This is not Leeel’s first success in the competition. Last year, as a Year 8 student, she proudly earned 1st place in the Classical Bowstring (ages 11–14) category - an incredible back-to-back accomplishment that highlights her commitment and talent.
