On Saturday 28th September the Barracudas Swimming Team participated in the Saigon South International School Swim Meet.
We had a total of 118 students participate in a range of relays including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and the medley relay.
This event was a friendly meet and allowed the students to participate as a team and refine their relay skills. BIS produced outstanding results and achieved 5 New School Records;
The meet consisted of 24 events, BIS placed 1st in 17 of the events. We had a total of 16 Gold, 6 Silver and 8 Bronze. It was an outstanding meet and the Barracudas performed with a high standard of excellence and team work. Well done Barracudas.

Joining BIS HCMC in Foundation Stage 2 (F2) is a fantastic age to begin a lifetime love for learning, encouraged and nurtured by our experienced and committed class and specialist teachers, who personalise learning unique to every child. We look back at what our F2s have experienced in less than one term already at BIS HCMC.
We are incredibly proud of our Year 11 class of 2024, for their impressive IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) results. This incredible cohort of 155 students, our largest IGCSE class in the history of the school, have significantly surpassed UK and international averages and were awarded 97% of all grades at A*-C. An incredible 62% of all grades awarded were at A*-A.
