Ms. Wester
Erin Wester is stepping into her 18th year of teaching. She has experience teaching every grade K-6 as a homeroom lead teacher except for 4th grade. She has taught in US public schools, two international schools abroad in Brazil, and a private international school in Chicago. Erin strives to challenge herself in the classroom by trying new approaches to teaching and learning and staying open to self growth. She aims to create safe spaces for students to express who they are, communicate how they want to learn, and inquire about the world around them with comfort and intention. She empowers and motivates students to explore their curiosity and pursue knowledge in meaningful and joyful learning experiences.
