Ms. Cofsky
Jackie grew up nearby in Oak Park and earned her Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Spanish and Communication Sciences & Disorders. Upon graduation, she moved to Madrid, Spain for three years to teach English and ultimately earn her Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. During the 2024-2025 school year, she worked as a maternity-leave cover Spanish teacher for the secondary school here at BISC. She is so excited to be joining the Primary team, and to foster a learning environment in which the students feel motivated to grow and flourish. Apart from school, she is training for the Chicago Marathon and loves spending time with her family!
