Joliza is a passionate Mathematics teacher with a love for the subject that started at a young age. Her enthusiasm for Mathematics has driven her educational and professional journey, leading her to excel in teaching and inspiring students in various high school levels.

Joliza completed her high school education under a STEM school's Engineering and Science program (ESEP). She graduated as an academic scholar, holding a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, with a specialization in Math. She has also pursued further studies, earning units in a Master of Arts in teaching Maths. She began her teaching career in Bangkok, Thailand, where she taught for five years before relocating to Guangzhou, China, in 2017. She has extensive experience teaching Canadian, IB DP, and IGCSE programs and holds multiple teaching licenses.

As a passionate educator, Joliza strives to instill an appreciation and understanding of mathematics in her students. She believes in creating an engaging and positive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each student, regardless of their background or level of proficiency in mathematics. Throughout her career, Joliza has successfully taught diverse students and is committed to helping them achieve their full potential.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Joliza also coordinates and organizes various Math competitions and the World Scholars Cup. She possesses exceptional organizational skills and is enthusiastic about providing her students with opportunities to showcase their skills and talents, resulting in exemplary results. Joliza's dedication and commitment to her students extend beyond the classroom, and she takes pride in helping them develop holistically through extracurricular activities.
