Drama students studying monologues in preparation for FOBISIA competition BSKL is participating in this year’s FOBISIA monologue competition. Last year, three students from Years 10 and 11 were successful, and joined winners from over thirty schools across Asia in the celebration event online.

BSKL is participating in this year’s FOBISIA monologue competition. Last year, three students from Years 10 and 11 were successful, and joined winners from over thirty schools across Asia in the celebration event online.

Last year we saw three successful entries by Zhi Lin, Anjali and Nicole. The finalists were judged by founder of Splendid Theatre Company, Kerry Frampton. Kerry watched their work and provided the students with individualised feedback and praise. 

This year, Years 9-11 are studying monologues in Term 1 in Drama as part of their IGCSE course work. Top performers will be submitted to the final round of the competition on November 22nd.
