Last weekend our BVIS Duke of Edinburgh Bronze participants spent the weekend in Pu Luong Nature Reserve showcasing some of the skills we have been working on since September. It proved to be a highly successful trip for all the groups who were watched closely by our staff to make sure they fulfilled all the requirements of Duke of Edinburgh Award. The improvements in packing, planning, leadership skills, team work, navigation, nutrition, hydration and communicate were enormous. I was extremely proud to see them apply themselves so competently. With the Adventurous Journey section complete our Bronze participants must now turn their attention to completing their Service, Physical and Skill sections before the start of the summer holidays.
