Saturday saw two DCIS teams competing in The ACSIS U11 Division 3 and 4 Netball finals. A last minute venue change due to the poor weather forecast delayed the 11.00am start time. The girls were, however, happy to be playing a portion of their matches in the air con sports halls rather than outside in the heat of Singapore.
Sadly, we were not in medal positions after the six matches each team played and I know the girls were somewhat disappointed.
The girls, however, did enjoy the Jaffa Cakes I took along (as always) and thanks to CC in Turf City I was able to do so in Singapore. Each team also selected their `Player of The Tournament`. Well done to Sae (DCIS 1) & Sophie (DCIS 2).
