The Year 10 Headteacher's reward was held last week and was a celebration of some truly amazing young people and role models.

Andrea, 10JN - Andrea has shown exceptional willing to help others this year in various ways. His savvy technological wizardry has fixed many a phone and laptop belonging to students in his own year and beyond. He is polite, considerate and always looking to support his classmates in whatever way he can.

Joshua, 10JN - Joshua has shown some real resilience this year adapting to the pressures of year 10. He has taken control of new opportunities in school and is demonstrating a growing maturity which many teachers have commented on.

Marc, 10SW - Marc has engaged well in all the opportunities he has been given over the course of the year. He is always keen to support student focused activities/events. Marc is reliable and is a positive influence on the class as a whole.

Emilia, 10SW - Emilia has engaged with a wide range of opportunities since joining DCIS. She is a keen musician and takes full advantage of events on offer here. She is respectful and works hard in all lessons and has shown support to other students if they have needed it.

Olivia, 10HS - Olivia has wasted no time in taking part in all the DCIS has to offer since joining in August and is already making substantial contributions to the school community in both sports and as a house captain.

Oscar, 10HS - Oscar has been a stalwart throughout the term, working hard and his behaviour is an example to other students. He is always willing to help and played a key role in helping to deliver our class assembly.
