We have loved seeing all your Easter activities, thank you for sharing with us!
Here are some more ideas, if you are starting to feel a bit bored.
1. Make Oobleck!
Have you ever tried mixing cornstarch and water? Oobleck is a non-Newtonian fluid; it has the properties of both liquids and fluids!
You need:
1 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of water
1 large bowl
Put the cornstarch in the bowl and pour the water slowly while mixing it with your fingers until it's a paste. Watch this video from MIT to find out more!
2. Listen to a story!
The National Library has a lot of great resources on their website, like story time with their librarians.
National Library Board Singapore
3. Learn about wildlife!
Check out Born Free's activities on their website and learn more about wild animals:
4. Watch a video!
The website The Kid Should See This has a collection of smart videos for curios minds of all ages. The videos are curated for teachers and parents who want to share smarter, more meaningful media in the classroom and at home.
5. Explore the world!
It's not new, but it's still one of our favourite websites - Google Earth. Travel anywhere and learn loads of interesting facts about places near and far.
