Natalie graduated from Kingston University London with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education, specialising in English. She began her teaching career in an inclusive and nurturing school in London, working in Key Stage 1. Passionate about developing children's confidence, collaboration skills and sense of responsibility, she successfully led Pupil Voice across the primary school.
Natalie then moved to an international school in Munich, where she taught across the primary age range. As Assistant Head of Lower School, she was responsible for improving pupil progress across all subjects within her department.
Now entering her fourth year at Dover Court, Natalie is looking forward to moving from Year 3 to Year 4, a year group she has taught previously. She is particularly passionate about Dover Court's concept-based curriculum, which supports children in developing not only subject knowledge but also the critical thinking, curiosity and resilience needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.
Natalie is a dedicated teacher who strives to ensure that every child develops academically, socially and emotionally. She supports each student to build on their strengths while making steady progress in areas they find more challenging. Alongside her teaching career, she has recently completed a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, reflecting her enthusiasm for understanding how people learn, grow and reach their potential.
Throughout her career, Natalie has enjoyed leading dance clubs, providing children with opportunities to express themselves creatively through movement and performance.
Outside the classroom, Natalie enjoys reading, fitness, writing and spending time with friends and family. She loves travelling and exploring new cultures and is looking forward to visiting Korea for the first time this summer.
