Fall Celebrate Party

On Thursday the 21st of November, Collège Champittet in Nyon brought together parents and students for its annual "Fall Celebration Party", a beautiful event shared with children, parents, teachers, and former students.

The autumn theme was presented in different forms related to sustainable development (cardboard glasses, educational water bar, seasonal fruit, and vegetables).

Each class had prepared a little surprise for the parents; winter vegetable soup for the 4th grade students, apple sauce prepared by the PSs, grape juice pressed by the 2nd grade students, pumpkin pie baked by the 1st grade students, stuffed baked apples and apple sculptures by the 3rd grade students or pumpkins carved by the 5th grade students.

Several activities animated this pleasant afternoon, including decorated chestnut throwing games, drawings and crafts on the theme of autumn, a water tasting bar with an information quiz offered by the 6th grade students in partnership with the Association 1001 Fontaines, which mission is to provide safe drinking water to families who do not have access to it in developing countries.

A brisolée provided by the Pully kitchen was much appreciated.
