New reception, conference & science facilities

Summer works on campus - Summer works on campus

When school ends for the summer holidays, the work continues at Collège Champittet to deliver the best learning experience for our students. Every year, we undertake a range of renovation and development projects to keep our campus modern, welcoming and fit for the future.

Our latest upgrades: new technologies, new spaces

Families returning to Champittet will immediately notice our completely redesigned reception area. Modern, bright and inviting, our new reception offers visitors a great first impression. Our conference room has also been given a contemporary makeover, complete with the latest technology to support meetings, presentations and collaboration.

In addition, our main hallway has been refreshed to create a brighter, more welcoming space. Meanwhile, one of our most exciting projects this summer has been the transformation of our science facilities, including a new science laboratory filled with natural light and modern equipment. These upgrades provide our students with an enhanced environment for experimentation, discovery and hands-on learning.

Continuous enhancements for a future-ready campus

Our latest improvements build on a number of enhancements in recent years. Chief among these is The Village, our Early Years Centre, inaugurated in 2025. Other key projects completed last summer include the modernisation of 10 secondary classrooms, the renovations of boarding house bedrooms, the addition of 50 covered bicycle parking spaces, a new dishwashing tunnel, upgraded water pipes and new photocopiers.

Collège Champittet is a school that is proudly rooted in tradition while embracing innovation. Our dedication to continually improving our campus reflects our commitment to providing students with the best possible environment in which to learn and thrive.

We’re thrilled to welcome our community back and see these new spaces come to life!
