Message from APEC: Open Doors Day

APEC participated in the Saturday May 9th Open Door day, sharing experiences about the school with other parents - old and new. The Open Door Day provided a great opportunity for Champittet parents, students and educators alike to meet, to exchange ideas, to have fun, and of course, to share lunch!

Prospective new parents got a good feeling for what campus life is like, and gained useful insights from APEC committee members and representatives, which we were happy to share.  The sunshine drew people in, supporting leisurely activities from face painting and crafts for the smaller kids, to paddling along the shore of the lake and a cross throughout the campus. APEC also enjoyed speaking to boarding students who appreciated seeing the campus come to life, on what are otherwise sleepy Saturdays!
